How to Sign Out of Your Verito Remote Desktop Session

Use this article if: you are finished working in your Verito remote desktop and want to close the session properly.
How long this takes: Under 1 minute.
Note: Always sign out using the steps below. Simply closing the window or shutting down your computer leaves your session running on the server, which can cause performance issues and session conflicts for other users.
What to do
1. Use the Sign Out shortcut (fastest method)
Look on your Verito desktop for a shortcut labeled Sign Out. If you see it, double-click it. Your session will close.

2. Sign out via the Start Menu (if the shortcut is missing)
Click the Start Menu inside your remote desktop session.
Click your Profile icon or the Power button.

Select Sign out from the options.
You should now see
Your remote desktop window will close and return you to your local computer. The Verito server has released your session.
