How to Reset Your Password and Regain Account Access

If You Know Your Current Password
If you're logged into your server and simply want to change your password, the process is quick. Look for the 'reset password' icon on your server desktop and click it. From there, select 'change a password' and enter your new password.
If You've Forgotten Your Password or It's Expired
If you can't remember your old password, or your password has expired and no longer works, you'll need to contact our support team. Send a support email to support@verito.com from the email address registered with your account. In your message, let them know that you need a password reset. Our support team will respond with a temporary password, which you can then use to log in and set a new permanent password.
Make sure to use the email address associated with your account when sending your request. This helps our team verify your identity and process your request securely.
