Filemail Upload method

Step 1: Open https://verito.filemail.com/ and fill in the necessary information

• From:
• Company Name:
• Subject:
  • Self Upload – if you wish you download the files yourself.
  • Support Needed – if you need the support team to download the files on the server.
• Body: Any other necessary information about the data you wish to share with the support team
   

Step 2: Click on “Add Files” or “Add Folder” depending on your need

Step 3: Navigate to the file/folder location and select the file/folder

Step 4: Wait for the file upload confirmation.

Step 5: In case you wish to download the file yourself, you would receive an email with the subject line as mentioned below. Click on the download link or use the download link to open it with any browser of your choice.
