2. Understanding Your Invoice
Your VeritGuard invoice is based on the number of devices on your plan and the tier you selected. Here is a breakdown of how pricing works:

Monthly plans: Any newly added device is automatically billed on a monthly basis.
Annual plans: If your firm is on an annual invoice, we will consult with you before onboarding a new device to decide if it should be billed monthly or added to the annual contract.
3. Adding a Device
A one-time $100 setup fee applies each time a new device is added to your plan. This covers the remote onboarding session where we install all security tools and configure the device.
To add a device, contact Verito Support and provide the new user's name, email address, and when the device will be ready.
4. Removing a Device
If a device is no longer in use, contact Verito Support so we can remove our tools and update your billing. Your invoice will be adjusted starting from the next billing cycle.
If you reduce your device count (e.g., from 7 to 6 devices), any future device additions will be treated as new devices and incur the $100 setup fee, even if you are returning to your previous device count.
5. Replacing a Device
If you are swapping an old computer for a new one (same user, new machine), the $100 setup fee is waived as long as the replacement happens on the same day as the removal. Let us know it is a replacement when you contact us so we can apply the exemption.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly clients: A 30-day notice period is required for cancellation of services.
- Annual clients: No refunds are issued if a device is offboarded before the subscription term ends. The 30-day cancellation notice requirement applies only during the final month of the billing cycle.
To initiate cancellation of individual devices or your full plan, contact Verito Support. We will walk you through the process and ensure all data and tools are properly handled.
7. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans include a 5% discount. Contact your account manager to make the switch at the end of your current billing cycle.
Q: Can I add a-la-carte services without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Services like email spam filtering, dark web monitoring, 1Password, and SaaS backup can be added individually to any plan. Contact Verito Support for pricing and setup.
Q: I'm adding a second computer for the same person. Is it a new device?
Yes. Each physical device counts separately for billing purposes. The $100 setup fee applies and the device will be added to your monthly or annual plan at your current per-user rate.
Q: Can I upgrade from Essentials to Pro or Elite?
Absolutely. Contact your account manager and we will handle the transition -- including setting up any additional tools that come with the higher tier (1Password, email security, WISP, training, etc.).
